We will work with you and the department executive to arrange a meeting. We will prepare you (and your team) with background information on the department and the executive and prepare an introductory packet of relevant information about your organization that can be forwarded to the executive ahead of time. One of the best ways to build strong partnerships with State executives is to meet with them in less formal settings designed to temporarily shelve business and allow people to get to know each other on a more intimate level. We schedule frequent events that aid this networking process. National Partnership

Public Sector Partners understands that it is imperative to have the most current information on emerging trends in Government technology usage, no matter what the government entity is that initiates the solution. It is also vital to have access to leading Government Executives across the country and have avenues to discuss best practices from a national perspective.

Equally important is nationwide reach and access for the most appropriate business partners and subject matter experts that can assist our clients in forming teams that can not only win in California State Government but leverage those successes in other major Public Sector Marketplaces be that cities, counties or State Government.

To ensure that these goals are met, Public Sector Partners is a member of a national network of business development firms with locations and government relationships that include Texas, Florida and New York among others. This allows our clients to choose the business reach that best fits their company as well as access resources outside of the local marketplace.
Targeted Educational & Training Events

In order to maintain strong relationships throughout the State, it is critical to remember that Public Sector employees have a difficult job to do and they usually have limited resources to do it with. It is imperative that companies that want a long term relationship with the State maintain an attitude of “giving back” so that the private sector acts to bridge the gap between where the state is and where it could be. To this end, Public Sector Partners has a division that will provide vendor sponsored events that focus on helping IT professionals make better decisions through education.
Solution Seminars Targeted Education Events
Laser focused technology events designed to educate technology workers within State Government. These events present tools, techniques and emerging solutions to address specific technology needs. These events are vendor sponsored and bring in multiple solutions to help Public Sector Executives evaluate the best solution to their problem. There are many IT skills that State workers have difficulty attaining or maintaining and that has led to roadblocks for technology solution advancement. By acting as a good partner, Public Sector Partners working with our clients can sponsor educational forums locally that allow workers to attend training with minimal travel and time away from their organization.
Public Sector Academy
Government Executives struggle to keep up with current best business practices. Our Academy will bring in leaders from both the Public and Private Sector, as well as companies that specialize in leadership and business skills development, to provide ongoing education to the leaders of California Government and help cultivate the future leaders in the Public Sector.
