Tom Lupo is the Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Deputy Director of Data and Technology and a member of the Department’s Executive Team. Tom’s primary responsible is to provide leadership and direction in providing and sustaining business enabling solutions and operations in support of the Department’s business mission and objectives. Tom holds a, B.A, M.A., Geography from San Francisco State University and has over 30 years of professional experience working with GIS and data analytics. Most of his career has been spent with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife in Sacramento. Tom is also an adjunct faculty member in Geography at American River College in Sacramento.
